New: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging (where packaging . I am currently using this potty so haven’t tested all the features fully like using the seat on the big toilet and to be honest I’ve purchased a seat for the big toilet separately from another brand as I like them to fit tight so there’s no movement from the seat and so it feels secure, that way they don’t worry about falling down the hole (I had this problem with my oldest) haha. They rely on a number of sources, including our independent reviews, testing undertaken during the MadeForMums Awards, and feedback from our home testing panel and Top Testers Club. The only other thing that I dislike about the potty is the grooves in the bowl that catches the wees and poos. This is a bit annoying but not to much of a problem for us and you can always prop it against a wall I guess.

She’s 21 months, can easily sit on and off it by herself although a slight down fall is that there is no grip at the base of the potty so if it’s on wood flooring or tiles it does slide about. When testing and selecting potties we considered size, suitability, versatility, comfort, cost, care and whether they're practical and fun. We tried and failed and tried and failed again, until we simply decided to wait until he was ready and in no time, he just asked if he could use the toilet one day and the rest is history.

Described as ‘the potty that pours’, the idea for this Easy-to-Pour Potty came when father-of-2 Jon Rathbone became frustrated with the messy business of emptying a standard potty. But get the timing and tools right and things can go more smoothly, so we’ve chosen the best potties tried and tested by real parents and their children to help make the journey easier. With soft edges, a decent splash guard and a detachable bowl with a handle for easy pouring, it has all the essential features you need in a potty.

Overall I would definitely recommend this potty for anyone considering a potty to train their little one on! I guess it’s a minor but if you’re slightly OCD like me, this is annoying (I have found that scrubbing the grooves with a small old paint brush and some flash with bleach removed everything though! You can change your choices at any time by visiting Cookie preferences, as described in the Cookie notice. A quick wipe with some toilet paper before you remove the insert would stop this, it would also be more hygienic! It has a practical removable insert that allows parents to empty contents smoothly, without any spilling. There are also some fantastic tools that can help you keep the whole experience stress-free and fun. Although it's a few pounds more than Ikea's bargain Lilla potty, the extra features may be worth it, especially if you have boys. As well as being a good height to accommodate longer legs, this affordable potty is generously-sized with arm rests and has a wide seat that out testers felt was comfortable for their kids. Even though it has two slight downfalls for me this doesn’t outweigh all the positives and the fact that it’s done the job and my little girl is now fully potty trained in just under 2 weeks after a reluctant start initially haha!

I bought this potty for my son and he was n't at all interested in the beginning so I guess he was n't ready. I would recommend this but it is quiet expensive, if you have the spare money, invest for a quick, easy and fun way to potty train your child!I bought this for my 17 month old daughter so she could get used to having it around, I had no intention of potty training just yet.
