Really, it’s quite amazing how such an inexpensive fragrance like Voyage, has set itself apart from almost anything else on the market. Nothing smells exactly like it and even its flankers, don’t strike the same chord.

One of my first fragrances was Nautica Voyage, as it probably was for many of you. Nautica is a good and affordable brand and definitely hit the spot with Voyage, but… I don’t think owning any other of their fragrances is worth it.

Hence, when comparing how many compliments each perfume gets you, Voyage has the upper hand and is more likely to get you a lot of praise compared to N-83. Versatility Voyage is just much more noticeable and pleasant. From the start, you get that crisp and watery apple note, with added sweetness. Then, the unique addition of mimosa, cedar, and musk really set Voyage apart.

Again, Voyage takes the cake. N-83 has a tendency to fade and turn completely into a skin scent. Voyage holds up and performs well on a summer day. If it’s between the two, Voyage wins.Nautica Voyage is a fantastic fresh fragrance proven by time as likable and versatile. Great Maurice Roucel created it in 2006. It smells familiar because of the incredible popularity of fresh cucumber/melon calone fragrances in the 90s and 00s, but also fashionable because of the renewed interest in fresh watery fragrances in recent years. Both of these are fantastic everyday scents that make you smell wonderful wherever you wear them. I actually wouldn’t classify either as a date-night scent, though Voyage would have somewhat of an upper hand in this case. Yes, it smells good. The fresh, clean, and aquatic aroma is like lounging on a sailboat sulking up the sunshine. With Voyage, I max out with 7 hours. It will usually fall into the 5-7 hour range. N-83 can be in the 3-6 hour range, on my skin. That’s what I’ve found it capable of with more testing. k it's dryed down to having that watermelon skin/cucumber with ceder still has a slight hint of the mint but really only noticeable if you are looking for it, the bitter thing is gone but slightly threatening to turn a little sweet while not doing it if you know what I mean it's an interesting scent to smell through the notes but don't like to ware this one, or really like it, simply it's not really unique I can think of a few soaps growing up this is very VERY close to(suspicion of cloning those soaps scents)! so nope me no likey!!

Nautica Voyage is the best Nautica Men’s cologne. The performance is some of the best from the entire line. The smell is the most authentic of all, it’s well-blended. Conclusion This is spring and summer wear. It doesn’t have the depth to push through the cold air. You’ll get six months of wear if you live in a four-season climate. Both of these are great casual fragrances that can be worn to work, school, or wherever. I wouldn’t put either as a date night cologne really, though Voyage would get the edge. As the citruses dissipate, the aquatic note becomes stronger, fusing with a musk. It is the same dry-down as the Nautica voyage original but has less emphasis on green wood accords.

The difference in the opening between Voyage and N-83 is a matter of the sea notes contained in N-83 and how it has less of a fruity quality. N-83 is much more oceanic/salty than Voyage, which while semi-aquatic, is highlighted by apple/citrus notes that seem rather juicy.

So, in terms of opening scent, Voyage is more impressive than its flanker, N-83. Projection and Longevity Finally, it’s time to compare these two perfumes’ scent profiles and overall scent. To be honest, both Voyage and N-83 have decent overall scents.

Which is better? Even if it isn’t my favorite, I’ll take the original Voyage over sport in the one. It’s just much more pleasant and well done, than Sport, which takes a while to work itself out.
