That's because for nearly an hour-and for the first time-I've been interacting with them as a group rather than only as individuals.For managers and people who lead, it’s nice reminders but not enough to choose it over other management self help books. I liked the part where he said he dove on the floor after a ball to prove a point his players to hustle more. I enjoyed the stories about his experiences coaching his team's and how he dealt with specific situations, I didn't always like the hamfisted attempt to extrapolate those annecdotes into general business advice.
