The ProGuard BOLT ON will fit most fork models listed below if they have the *THREADED HOLES at the rear of the fork brace (DISK BRAKE ONLY): WHEELS: 26” 27.5” 29” TYRES: up to a 3” tyre BRAKE / OFFSET: MINIMUM 44mm HUB: STD & BOOST FORKS: MINI & STANDARD COMPATIBILITY WHEELS: 26” 27.5” 29” TYRES: up to a 3” tyre BRAKE / OFFSET: MINIMUM 44mm HUB: STD & BOOST FORKS:

I have been using the RRP ProGuard on a few mountain bikes for several months. The performance has been excellent, with a vast improvement in the amount of spray and mud that comes off the front wheel reaching the face and body with the most noticeable area when riding at higher speeds where mud can spray out in front, which you would normally ride into it. Wrap the 3 hook and loop straps around the fork brace at the bottom starting with the middle one, always ensure you DO THEM UP NICE AND TIGHT. IMPORTANT: You must apply the rubber adhesive side pads to the recess on the mudguard side wings, they protect your fork legs and provide vital stability and resonance damping Squeeze the side wings of the mudguard hard and slide under the fork brace from the rear with the wheel and tyre still in place The ENDUROGUARD v4 is fully BOOST compatible and now also includes snap-off holes for reverse arch forks like DVO / ManitouLike most of the formed guards, the Pro Guard has a three-point fixing via the brace and fork lowers. There are 24 crown holes for zip-ties allowing to accommodate a wide range of brace sizes and shapes (although not reverse arch) and it also gets a fork brace indent to increase tyre clearance. It’s compatible with 26, 27.5 and 29inch forks and RRP claims, tyres up to three inch in diameter. The Pro Guard also features seal protection, which simply means the side of the guard is a little bit wider and lower to stop dirt and crud contaminating the seal area, and ultimately ending up inside the lowers. Slide the guard into position WITH THE WHEEL IN PLACE, you may need to squeeze the sides of the guard as you do so to get it through the sear stays

cable ties are provided with each mudguard, the holes on the side arms are mandatory requiring 4 leaving the other 2 for the fork brace (although more could be added if desired) You should be able to locate the mudguard and let go as the rubber side pads should hold it in place (ensure the slots are centrally aligned to the threaded holes on your fork) Finally tighten the bolts to the torque settings below: TORQUE SETTINGS: FOX, MARZOCCH & OHLINS = 1nm | SR SUNTOUR = 2nm long 24g (without cable ties) MAIN DISTRIBUTORS UK EXTRA UK FRANCE TRIBE SPORT GROUP NORWAY DELER AS REST OF EU NOW COMPANY USA AND CANADA RECIPROCATORS

Our special polypropylene mix has been specifically blended for super high impact resistance and cold weather performance: INSPECT BEFORE YOU RIDE: DO NOT USE IF DAMAGED IN ANY WAY AS CONTINUED USE MAY LEAD TO FAILURE OR INJURY Tom didn’t get any shit in his eyes all winter, no glasses, super wet, crazy muddy, nothing on face, it will protect you and your bike from the very worst of conditions Enduro-mtb Magazine review Important - The snap-off hole will break off fast so ensure thre is nothing underneath the guard that the screw driver can hit, failure to do so may lead to damage or harm
